Who we are

Mandate is a trading name of Timesthree.io Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15046379. Our registered office is 20 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0BG. Timesthree.io Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is:

• your email address
• the name of your business
• what you would use an agent for

You do not have to give us any details, but without an email address we cannot reply.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Like any web host, ours records technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to you and to consider your request for early access. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

If you asked to be kept posted, we will email you about Agentry. Our lawful basis for that is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any of our emails or by emailing us.

Our web host also processes technical request data in our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.

We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who else handles it

When you submit a form, the details are sent to us as an email. Three providers handle them on our behalf:

• Vercel, which hosts this site and receives the form
• Resend, which delivers the email to us
• Microsoft, which provides our mailbox

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Each transfer is protected by standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum approved by the Information Commissioner, and, where the provider has signed up to it, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

The form data is not stored on this site. It exists as an email in our mailbox. We keep it while we are in touch with you about Agentry, and delete it when you ask us to, or within 24 months of our last contact with you. If we do not offer you early access, we delete your application within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable form. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can object to marketing emails at any time, and we will stop.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would be grateful for the chance to put it right first.
